The Noceras family has produced handmade crackers since 1890: they are called "Galletes Gori de Muro", named after the town in which they are made. In the past these were known as "the bread of the sailors" due to their durability and freshness. They could easily be kept for several months! ES REBOST fell in love with their history, family tradition and flavour. Therefore we offer these traditional crackers in our restaurant in a wide variety of dishes.
