From their farm in Ferreries, Joan Coll and her brother produce one of the best Mahón artisan cheeses in the world, based on raw Menorcan frisian cow's milk, endorsed by the Mahon-Menorca Designation of Origin. Spectacular, both them and their cheeses.

DE MALLORCA

Family business that cultivates organic carob, promoting this very common product of the Balearic Islands. At ES REBOST we use their syrup and flour in numerous products, thus trying to support this local, qualitative and very innovative product.

Forn de Baix is a small family business founded in 1900 by Gabriel Pou, which has been passed down through generations ever since. It is currently run by Ana Maria Pou and Pedro Coll and known throughout the island for their famous "cardinal", a dessert based on fluffy sponge cake, meringue and cream.

The Noceras family has handcrafted its famous "cookies d'oli" since 1890. In the past they were known as "the bread of the sailors" for their durability and freshness. At ES REBOST we fell in love not only with their history, but also with their flavour.

CÀNAVES

Small organic far in Llucmajor, from where we bring exquisite fresh cheese and yogurts made of sheep's milk. In addition, they also make sobrasada from pigs that graze in freedom and produce a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. All made in a traditional way and without any intermediaries. A luxury!

Micro-cervecería artesana ubicada en Alcudia, donde Xisco y su equipo elaboran con mucho cariño y dedicación (y catas;) media docena de cervezas, de las mejores de la isla.

VICENS

One of the best known artisan workshops in Mallorca. The Vicenç family produces typical Mallorcan fabrics, commonly known as 'roba de llengües', in their factory in Pollença. Pure Mallorcan character, internationally well-known. The aesthetics of our premises would not be the same without them!

ALQUEMISTAS

Desde la finca de Son Moragues en Valldemossa Katja y Kate elaboran un polvo mágico a base de hojas de olivo mallorquín deshidratado, una producto maravilloso, sano y sumamente natural  para infusiones con un sabor muy autóctono. 


HUGUET

This family business has been dedicated to the production of hydraulic tiles since 1933. Owner Biel, grandson of the founder, is very committed to design, innovation and architecture and Huguet has a.o. manufactured hydraulic tiles for Herzog & De Meuron and David Chipperfield. And also for us! 

GUILLEM CASELLAS

Based in Artá, Guillem is one of the last local artisans dedicated to the craftwork of palm. He collects, prepares and weeds the local palm and turns it into wonderful lamps and baskets that decorate our premises.

Master craftsman "arader", a profession dedicated to the crafting of utensils out of olive wood. He is currently the last of his trade in the Balearic Islands. For ES REBOST he produces chairs and stools. They're spectacular!

BERNAT
MOYÁ

Third generation stonemason Bernat is based in Binissalem, town par excellence of stonemasonry in Mallorca. He provides us with different plates and bowl and the occasional three tons stone table! 


GORDIOLA

The Gordiola family cultivates the art of glass blowing since 1719. Over three centuries of history, their artisans and master glassmakers have been molding and handcrafting the beautiful glass pieces whose shapes and reflections seduce us all.

PERELLONS

Artisan family distillery from Llubí run by its fourth generation after almost 140 years of history. They produce homemade liqueurs such as mallorcan herbs-anis, "palo", almond cream and brandy.
